Refund policy

Here at Little Loungers, your peace of mind matters to us.

If your Lounger isn't quite the perfect fit, our refund and return policy makes your returns easy and stress free. 

We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item.  

This time frame is strict and any return emails outside of this period will not be accepted. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please include your full name, contact details and order number in your email.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Please note that returns will be sent to our address in Auckland, New Zealand. Address details will be emailed to you. ALL return postage costs will be at your cost. 

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We cannot accept returns or refunds on sale items or bundles. 

We cannot accept returns or refunds on change of mind. 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. ALL return shipping costs for exchanges will be at your cost. 

Lost or stolen packages 

We take every precaution to ensure your order arrives safely. All orders are carefully packaged and shipped with tracking numbers. 

  • Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for packages lost after delivery
  • If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. 
  • We will work with the courier to investigate and, if confirmed lost, we will resend your order or issue a refund.

Stolen Packages:

  • Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for packages stolen after delivery.
  • We recommend requesting signature on delivery or sending to a secure address when possible.
  • If your package is stolen, we may assist in providing documentation for claims with your shipping carrier. 

Tips to Protect Your Order:

  • Use a secure delivery location or parcel locker.
  • Track your order using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Little Loungers will replace or refund your order if lost or stolen in transit.

Afterpay and paypal purchases

Once a refund has been processed to your Afterpay/PayPal account, Afterpay/PayPal will then contact you to confirm the refund amount depending on the amount of payments you have made. For example, if you have only paid 2 instillments of your total order value, After Pay/PayPal will only refund the partial amount paid with them, and then cancel the remaining outstanding amount. This may mean that you would receive a partial refund of your total order value as only that amount was captured from your linked credit card up to the refund date.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
