Shipping Policy for Little Loungers

Here at  Little Loungers we aim to deliver your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. 

All orders are shipped via Go Sweet Spot to ensure reliability and nationwide coverage. 

Shipping options and timeframes:

    NZ tracked standard shipping nationwide 

    • Delivery time North Island: 3-5 business days
    • Delivery time South Island: 5-7 business days
    •  Cost: Flat rate North Island - $12.50 NZD  
      • Flat rate South Island -  $18 NZD
      • Free shipping when buying 2 or more Loungers

    Pick up option: You are able to pick up you order from Waiuku, Auckland. Please email info@littleloungers.co.nz for more information. 

    Order Processing

    • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
    • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

    Shipping Locations 

    • We currently ship NZ wide. 
    • Shipping to AUS coming soon. 

    Delays

    • Shipping times may be impacted by factors outside of our control, such as public holidays or unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions. Should delays occur, we will notify you as soon as possible.

    Tracking 

    • All orders come with a tracking number. Once your package is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.
